U are a CHRISTian right ?? (Devotional 77 of 365)


This is a question I ask mySELF = “U are a CHRISTian right ??”

CHRISTian =
BEing like Christ or
BEing Christ like … right??

Then your life is all about CHRIST,
… all about His Teaching & Life Style … right??

CHRISTianity does NOT = “What we THINK.” … right??

Proverbs 3:5-7

(NIV) “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and
lean NOT on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge Him, and HE will make your paths straight.
Do NOT be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.”

(AMP) “Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and
do NOT rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize,
and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.
Be NOT wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord
and turn [entirely] away from evil.”


What does CHRIST (Jesus Himself) teach and ask of CHRISTians??

Summary of JESUS’ teaching in the FOUR Gospels:

2x’s – “Conform wholly to My example In Living and, if need be, in dying also.”

3x’s – “WE must DENY ourselves and take up our cross (death) and follow JESUS.”
Deny = [disregard, lose sight of, and forget yourself and your own interests]
Deny = [forget, ignore, disown, and lose sight of yourself and your own interests]
Deny = [disown yourself, forget, lose sight of yourself and your own interests, refuse/ give up yourself]

4x’s – “Whoever loses their (earthly) life for JESUS will find it (earthly & Heavenly Life to the Full).”

WWJD or WWTDD = What Would The Disciples Do??
Or What did The Disciples really Do??

Why are many living for Self & Material things??
So much time- money spent on Houses, Churches, Cars, Clothes, Jewelry, etc. …
many CHRISTians not living like CHRIST … right??
