People refuse to accept that the white house has several high ups in the Obama administration that are among the muslem brotherhood. Or that Obama attended a muslem school in indonesia as a child and forget his slip of the tongue during his first campaign about his muslem faith and listening to the muslem prayer call and how it is the most beautiful sound in the world. Under him America funded the Arab spring and these countries are now, most of, under the muslem brotherhood. Think they are better off? Egypt is now beginning to crucify people. The koran calls for it for infidels so it's alright. I have an internet friend from Egypt. For years he taught at the language department at Ole Miss then retired to Cairo Egypt. When asked why he didn't stay here he said he loved and was proud of his country. Most of us feel this way but now I really worry about him. I'm afraid one day I'll go to face book and he won't be findable. I also worry about my country. We are in more danger of takeover than we think. We feel so insulated. God loves us; would never let anything happen to us. This was both Israel's and Judah's attitude before they were subdued in the Bible. God used their most hated enemies to subjagate them. Bible prophecy has the Arab nations in world wide power in the last days. Pray tell me, if you will, Book, Chapter, Verse, line where it is written that we will be totally saved from persecution by the rapture before tribulation start? There are christians suffering daily and losing their lifes for their faith. God should look down from heaven and exempt America from any persecution? We think so:Why? We are daily becoming more ammoral, unrighteous unholy. Where heroes of the faith like, Shadrack, Meshack, and Abednego said, do what you want with us, o king, but we will worship no God but ours; because we are being taught America is above feeling God's wrath, at least us christians, I'm afraid some of us will believe, God, You lied to us. We were supposed to be protected, lifted out of our sinful nation. Feel good religion, tickle your ears messages will doom any nation and woe to the teachers and prophets. I believe a few more years of Obama will hasten the Arab takeover of this earth but God has His timing, not ours so I don't know that any other ruler can do more than, at best, a minimal slowdown. It's just that I'm selfish and hate to see our world go under. Are there at least ten righteous people in America in comparison to Sodom and Gomorrah? Will God's people here be willing to turn to Him and seek His face? Only time will tell.

I respond to your article with the knowledge of the New Testament's answer. 

Note 2 Timothy 3:1-5. Although I have selected a certain portion of scripture, the student of the Word will also consider people with "itching ears" along with "those who will receive a lie."  These are days that we live in, and the Bible tells what days ahead will do and respond to certain doctrines.  They are whited graves.  At the moment, I have forgotten how to spell this word, I am confident that you know what I mean. 

It is no longer "hell fire and damnation." It is what makes an individual "feel good" while sinning in all things.
