Symptoms, diagnosis, and recommended treatment for any Christian who is INDIFFERENT to the very painful, bloody death of Jesus Christ on the cross:
There are usually 3 major symptoms will this terrible Christian illness:
A) INDIFFERENCE towards the salvation of lost souls.
B) INDIFFERENCE to and/or very little personal efforts to regularly lead lost souls to Christ as a faithful "fisher of men" for Jesus.
C) INDIFFERENCE to and/or very little time spent praying for Holy Spirit anointed revival to get many more people saved by grace through faith in Christ.
DIAGNOSIS: The heart has grown lukewarm according to the Word of God in Revelation 3: 15, 16 "I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."
RECOMMENDED TREATMENT: Since this is such a terrible Christian disease and HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS, it is necessary to begin treatment immediately by doing the very opposite of the 3 major symptoms:
A) BE VERY CONCERNED towards the salvation of lost souls. Why? Luke 19: 10 "For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost."
B) MAKE REGULAR EFFORTS to personally lead lost souls to Christ as a faithful "fisher of men" for Jesus! Acts 5: 42 "And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ." Acts 8: 4 "Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word." Acts 20: 31 "Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears."
C) SPEND VERY MUCH TIME PRAYING, begging and pleading with God in persistent prayer for Holy Spirit anointed revival to give us maximum possible boldness and extreme URGENCY to persuade many more unbelievers to believe on the name of the only begotten Son of God, Jesus Christ, so that they will eternally praise the glorious honour of Jesus' excellent greatness (Psalm 150: 2), and so that they will get saved from the everlasting punishment of everlasting fire (Matthew 25: 41b, 46b), by grace through faith (Eph. 2: 8,9) in Jesus' holy shed blood (Leviticus 17: 11, Ephesians 1: 7, Hebrews 9: 22b, Matthew 1: 23), death, burial and resurrection (Romans 10: 9,13), for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby!
