Dear all

Despite being an Indian, I would like to inform one and all that the administrative set-up in India has become so corrupt and lazy and they are merely siphoning out financial and material aid from the USA and from all the other countries which are financially supporting the SDA activities in India.

This has been going on for over 40 years but its gathering pace by leaps and bounds since 2000AD.

I became a SDA believer while in Muscat, Oman and I returned and re-located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This was the place where the HQ of the SDA in India was.

There are two magnificent and centrally located campuses in Salisbury park and Aundh - which are prime time properties worth millions of US$

What the leaders here are doing is that they are letting all the land assets of SDA look useless and ill-maintained and thereby make the state governments insist that either these properties be used for Agriculture or any form of development, or sell it back to the Government at throwaway prices.

The trick here is that these leaders all team up and inform USA that the Government is putting deadlines and since they have very cleverly refused to pay the land and property taxes regularly, the government will definitely insist on re-claiming these lands.

Almost all the employees and students of these SDA institutions are from poor and from the indigenous population. They cannot inform USA about this mainly because they are not English-speaking and naturally not internet savvy. How can they even afford to buy a PC with a net connection?

They are basically told never to speak with the foreigners because they hardly speak grammatical English and have heavy Indian language accents which the foreigners will not understand and will laugh at.

And these so-called leaders make very sure that they will monitor everything when the foreigners are here and make their stay and activities so comfortable and smooth that these foreigners foolishly think that everything is running well, despite the dwindling conversion to the SDA faith.

In case any person finally gathers some guts to speak out, he/she is either transferred to another distant part of India or if a student, they will never get good grades in their exams and evaluation.

Plus they are all promised jobs and permanent visas to USA and other countries for a better life - if they keep quiet.

All the Indians who are settled in USA and other countries and working with the SDA institutions there are all who have been SILENT WITNESSES to these unscrupulous activities. By doing so they have managed to help their family back home to have a better financial future.

The leaders have made sure that that their children and grand-children are all permanantly elected and nominated to all the key positions in the SDA institutions here and they are well looked after. This way, it will also motivate the rest to "emulate" them.

I never realized the intensity of this corruption till I left Oman and settled down in Pune. When I voiced my opinions against corruption, the admin here first tried to get me a job in their institutions to make me shut up. When this did not work, they tried a better way to pressurize the SDA employees and students here to not deal with me if they want a career and future in the SDA.

Being much more cleverer than them, I started meeting with these SDA cowards in different parts of the city and away from these 2 major SDA locations and so continue to get more and more information with proofs of the stolen money and properties which has crossed a couple of million US$ already.

Now here is the most amazing part.

The main website of the SDA called Advenrist.net which is also the official site of the GC is not transparent and they never give out the e-mail addresses of the concerned personnel to whom this issue can be emailed to.

I tried e-mailing the website through their contact e-mail but never get a reply.

When I met Ms Kandus Thorp of the HopeTV early in 2012 while she was in India to record and beam out the HopeTV programmes from India, I had a long discussion with her regarding this and she was surprised or "acted" surprised. Why I say so is that she promised to get in touch with the GC of the SDA there and e-mail me and she never did it despite having my e-mail address.

She told me that the GC is under-staffed in the e-mailing and the PR department gets about 800-1,000 e-mails every day and they are only able to reply to 100-200 e-mails back, So the clerical mentality is to reply to only the "short & sweet" e-mails which come in as queries and donations and voluntary services. That way the higher-ups are not "disturbed" and at the end of the day, they all have a "good day at work"

The SDA there have no idea of the US$ to Indian rupee conversion rates and so they keep passing expenditure bills of exaggerated values which are sent from India.

Two elderly American ladies, Peach and Lizabeth, from California had been on a private visit to observe the SDA malpractices here and they have much more evidence in the first-person as well as with photos of these malpractices. They have already made many visits to various SDA centres in India during the last 10 years and they know a whole lot more than me. Plus, they have toured the SDA facilities in African countries and they mentioned that the SDA corruption there is even worse than in India in some other ways as well.

They even suggested that they will try to get me into USA to come explain these malpractices to the GC but they are also helpless as they have no direct contacts with the GC higher-ups'. They are willing to share these truths to anybody who will email them or call them up

What is happening here is that plans are being drawn out by hundreds of SDA believers to break away from this corrupt church, join together and buy a vast agricultural land and build up a church and residential complex in it and cut off all connections - and deal with the GC directly.

I suggested that the better way is to let me take the initiative an do my best to inform the SDA believers worldwide as well as the GC about this matter and try to root out this corruption and recover the lost money and above all, prevent the future robbery of SDA funds.

I have asked this new group of clean SDA believers to stay put till I can get things heard. But they have already started buying agricultural properties in different parts of India already and registered it as a Co-Operative society so that it becomes corruption-free!!

I am a US certified tennis coach and UK certified tennis umpire. I am planning out a tennis academy called Adventist Tennis Academy and will use this to promote sports and games as well and initiate the "Sports for Christ" ministry and reach out to all Christian communities. All I need is a place with at least 4-6 tennis courts.

I had done this very successfully for the Catholic and Protestant communities in Oman, UAE and south India already. Their activities are running well. They are not happy in me becoming an SDA and plus insisting on the Sabbath day off and the Pathfinder activities. They all feel that I am trying to convert them into SDA believers. To be frank, that is definitely my main motive!!

I would also like feed backs regarding how to promote Christian activities through sports, from an SDA perspective.

The Bible states very clearly that there are two types of sins, namely, Sins of commission and Sins of omission.

1. Doing things which we ought not to do as per Biblical teachings are sins of "commission"

2. Not doing things which we should be doing as per Biblical teachings are sins of "omission"

In the parable of the Good Samaritan, the Pharisees and Sadducees committed the son of omission as they did not help the wounded person as it was the Sabbath and they preferred to go to the Synagogue instead.

In the SDA community here, I have openly commented that 5-10% are committing Sins of Commission and the remaining 90-95% are committing sins of Omission by keeping quiet about these sinful activities - merely to safeguard their SDA career and future

I am never a gossiper and will detest that always. I have a lot of proof and evidence of SDA corruption in India witnessed by so many people:-

1. Who are still working in SDA institution,

2. Who are students of SDA institutions,

3. Who have retired and receiving pension from the SDA ,

4. Whose parents are working or retired and receiving pension.

The problem is that, if any of these people from the above-mentioned categories go public about this matter, they will get victimized financially and academically.

That's why I am bringing up this issue because I stand to lose nothing and hope that somebody out here will help me reach the GC of the SDA in USA by e-mail and bring out these issues and put an end to this corruption and also recover the money already stolen by legal measures.

If the American authorities will come to India and announce in writing that the ones who stand by me will never be victimized by the SDA authorities in India, I will definitely bring them in to directly testify.

I also have very dependable information of similar financial corruption happening in the SDA institutions all over Africa as well.
