Life for many is stressful, especially when economic issues are a day to day concern. The day to day grind seems more like survival versus taking the time to improve the quality of life for you and your family.

It's very easy to get caught up in the busyness of our lives but at some point we need to examine at what expense. We only have one life to live and it is important to realize the life cards we have been dealt

often at the top of the list as to why we live our lives the way we do

Some of my favorite include:

• Talking walks with the one you love
• Playing a game
• Come home from work an hour early more often.
• Call just to say "I love you" or "hi"even if it isn't during a discount calling time.
• Buy each other a little treat for no reason at all. Nothing expensive. Maybe something practicala new kitchen utensil, a cute key
  ring that could be used for decades, a single flower, a favorite candy
  bar, a CD, whatever.

It is so important to realize your life isn't what you do, how much you make, where you live, how much money you have in the bank and the
clothes that you wear. Our lives are family and friends. Spending
quality time with those we love and laughing as much as possible are
keys to happiness.

Yet, how do you see you in your family? Don't get too caught up with the problems and pressures of a world that has gone in the wrong direction for far too long.
