Leaving the Old Sinful Lifestyle Behind
Since it is SIN not to persistently insist that God multiply His strength within you, by His Holy Spirit, to have the needed spiritual strength to get many people saved, many Christians would be wise to confess and forsake that sin. Some people say that you do wrong to INSIST with God in persistent prayer that He multiply His strength within you, by His Holy Spirit, to get many people saved, but they are WRONG. You do wrong NOT to insist! You honor God by doing so according to Job 23: 6 and Luke 11: 5-8, 13b.
Job 23: 6 "Will he plead against me with his great power? No, but he would put strength in me."
Luke 11: 13b ". . . how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?"
