In the current news we see the Holy War in the Middle East. The Arab nations of Iran and Syria calling for an extermination of Hebrew Nation. The United Nations and world leaders including President Obama wishing to no longer allow Jerusalem to be the capital city of Israel. There is talk of nuclear weapons being used against Israel and all Christian Nations. There is a third temple being constructed as we speak in Israel.

The President of Iran along with the Islam radicals, believe they are to destroy Israel before the Muslim Messiah returns. He is called the Mahdi. Islam teaches the Mahdi will return to the earth with Christ. Christ will tell all the people of the world, Christianity is false, that he is not the son of God but a man, a chosen prophet of God. Christ will then journey to Mecca and become Muslim. Christ will then go out into the world converting all to Islam faith or be beheaded.

The Muslim radicals are setting up Mosque's and cells all over the world at this time. The world is said to have an economic collapse in 2013. People fear the Mayan Calender and Nostradamus predictions.There is talk of war with Iran and Syria. America has a presidential election coming up in November. Incumbent presidents always win the election in time of war. Will the new president make a law to remove all forms of self defense from the people. This is happening now through the United Nations. As we see in the news nations that are controlled by dictators are helpless. Will the people in America turn their weapons of self defense over to the government without a fight? The church is split, some members holding to the scriptures of God and some twisting them to make them align with political correctness and socialism. Is this the time of the Apostate church, the falling away? Does the world need a leader at this time to heal the worlds many problems, one who can make a peace treaty with Israel and the Middle East? And could this be the seven year peace treaty the Antichrist makes, the one he breaks after three and one half years? Some wonder if this well known minister is really of God, the one who interviews the presidential candidates and favors the Muslims, teaching Chrislam, a mixture of Christian and Muslim religions.

In Thessalonians 2: 11-12 Describes a man of sin the Antichrist, deceiving and leading the people of the world away from God. He sets himself up as God in the temple in Jerusalem. The true church will not fall for His deception, but those who are not founded truly in God will follow him.

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week (7 years); and in the midst of that week (middle=3 1/2 years) he shall cause the sacrifice and oblation to cease, and for overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate. Daniel 9:27

The false prophet will exercise the authority of the Antichrist. He will cause all to worship the Antichrist or die. Force all to take a mark of ownership to the Antichrist, or they will not be able to buy or sale.He will exercise his authority for 42 months or 3 1/2 years. Reference: Revelation :13:11-17

And I saw one of his head as if it were wounded to death; and this deadly wound was healed, and the world marveled aster the Beast (Antichrist). Revelation13:3

Could this mean a political assassination, will there be a uprising against this political leader?

We see the church now supporting gay's for the ministry and allowing homosexuality as a normal way of life:

There is no use trying to bring you back to the Lord again if you have once understood the Good News and tasted for yourself the good things of heaven and shared in the Holy Spirit, and know how good the Word of God is, and felt the mighty powers of the world to come, and then you have turned against God. You cannot bring yourself to repent again if you have nailed the Son of God to the cross again by rejecting Him, holding Him up to mocking and public shame. Hebrews 6:4-6

Church of Philadelphia: the true church

Laodicea: the apostate church

I know you well, you are neither hot nor cold; I wish you were one or the other! But since you are merely lukewarm, I will spit you out of my mouth! You say I am rich, with everything I want; I don't need a thing! And you don't realize spiritually you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked. Revelation 3: 15-17

When the Lord calls the church up to meet Him in they clouds, many people will not be prepared. These will be so concerned about the their earthly life and ignorant to God's word they will be left behind to go through the Great Tribulation. At this time thy will make their stand for Christ and be beheaded or take the mark of the Antichrist and be lost forever. Reference; Matthew 24:37-44, Revelation 20:4

It would appear the prophecies are fulfilling one by one, there is no coincidence with God. It is a time of joy for the saved looking at he seasons and waiting for our Lord. It is a time to witness in anyway we possibly can. We need to bring those around us our relatives, friends, coworkers to Christ. With the fear of the Mayan Calender, with the Nostradamus predictions and the election in November, many believe that 2013 could be the start of the seven year tribulation.

We must read, study, and pray to be awake at our Lords coming. We must not be the sleeping Laodicean Church
