Halleluya!!!!!, praise be to the most high God , am pastor emmanuel and mirriam from mombasa kenya we searve in the africabrotherhood church , we are searving in an islamic area , we do islamic evangilism , we do face lots of chalenges , we walk about twenty kilometres for reach out missions , some rejects us but God always has a purpose of calling us , thank God some have received jesus , but as soon they receive jesus they get neglated and throuwn out , some lack jobs and also food where we become the providers , as it is my vision to see christ being lifted in the world and as christ said Go to all nations , i would love to call missionaries and welwishers to surport us spreading the word of God , some places we searve have severe problems eg lack of water and hunger , as we take the word of God we have to walk a long jouney , by now we have no any missionaries serving with us , please we kindly pleade all who would like so spread the sound Gospel of God to these people , contact me on +254726106698 or emmail emmirias@yahoo.com our urgent need now is to get a truck that can carry water to places like kinango , in the coast province and also lungalunga of kwale district , we would also like to get a medical out reach team wich will help those who are interior to get medical facilities , realy the people of kwale district walk about twenty kilometres for hospital eg the place called chindi they walk about forty kilometres to get medical facilities , please i feel the heart of reaching these needs but my hand only is too short , pray for me and also surport me , blessings from mombasa pastor emmanuel and mirriam

Fruit of the Spirit - Visible Growth in Jesus Christ
"Fruit of the Spirit" is a biblical term that sums up the nine visible attributes of a true Christian life. Using the King James Version of Galatians 5:22-23, these attributes are: love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance. We learn from scripture that these are not individual "fruits" from which we pick and choose. Rather, the fruit of the Spirit is one ninefold "fruit" that characterizes all who truly walk in the Holy Spirit. Collectively, these are the fruits that all Christians should be producing in their new lives with Jesus Christ.

Fruit of the Spirit - The Nine Biblical Attributes
The fruit of the Spirit is a physical manifestation of a Christian's transformed life. In order to mature as believers, we should study and understand the attributes of the ninefold fruit:

Love - "And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him" (1 John 4:16). Through Jesus Christ, our greatest goal is to do all things in love. "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails" (1 Corinthians 13:4-8).

Joy - "The joy of the Lord is your strength" (Nehemiah 8:10). "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God" (Hebrews 12:2).

Peace - "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ" (Romans 5:1). "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit" (Romans 15:13).

Longsuffering (patience) -- We are "strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness" (Colossians 1:11). "With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love" (Ephesians 4:2).

Gentleness (kindness) -- We should live "in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left" (2 Corinthians 6:6-7).

Goodness - "Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power" (2 Thessalonians 1:11). "For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth" (Ephesians 5:9).

Faith (faithfulness) - "O Lord, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth" (Isaiah 25:1). "I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith" (Ephesians 3:16-17).

Meekness - "Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted" (Galatians 6:1). "With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love" (Ephesians 4:2).

Temperance (self-control) - "But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love" (2 Peter 1:5-7).

Problems and trials confront us everyday, trials comes no matter who you are or what you do. Only through His grace can we learn the truth concering suffering. Suffering prepares us for spiritual growth, we become aware that we need a Savior in times of pain and suffering.

The pain and suffering in our life will last only so long as ia necessary for God to accomplish His will in our life. We will learn more in the dark moments of our life, than all the happy days.

Maybe you are facing a time of suffering and you think the pain is more than you can bear. But the trials will mold us to become more like Christ.

Charles Spurgeon wrote, " God knows that soldiers are to be made only in battle, they are not to be grown in peaceful times. God is developing in you the qualities of a spiritual warrior. The apostle Paul faced discouragement and many trials, but he knew God was in control and so he placed his hope and faith in Jesus Christ.

We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 2 Corinthians 4:8-10

Paul believed that the trials in his life came with a purpose, Paul was a tool in the hand of God. and the hand of God will reshape, refine and refocuse your life. So you can become more like Christ.

When the Spirit comes, you will know the truth about God

The Bible says that the Holy Spirit is God. The Bible also tells us that the Holy Spirit is a Person, a Being with a mind, emotions, and a will.

The Holy Spirit is God is clearly seen in many Scriptures including Acts 5:3-4. In this verse Peter confronts Ananias as to why he had lied to the Holy Spirit and tells him that he had “not lied to men but to God.” It is a clear declaration that lying to the Holy Spirit is lying to God. We can know that the Holy Spirit is indeed a Person because He possesses a mind, emotions, and a will.

The Holy Spirit thinks and knows (1 Corinthians 2:10).

The Holy Spirit can be grieved (Ephesians 4:30).

The Spirit intercedes for us (Romans 8:26-27).

The Holy Spirit makes decisions according to His will (1 Corinthians 12:7-11).

The fact that the Holy Spirit is God is clearly seen in many Scriptures including Acts 5:3-4. If I ascend into heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.” Then in 1 Corinthians 2:10, we see the characteristic of omniscience in the Holy Spirit. “But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.”

We can know that the Holy Spirit is indeed a Person because He possesses a mind, emotions, and a will. The Holy Spirit thinks and knows (1 Corinthians 2:10).
