I would like to thank the Lord for keeping my life still. Last monday, thought it would be my last. I was brought to the hospital after my terrible palpitations. I cant breath and my body cramped. I felt my throat suddenly dried and my heart skipped it beats. I am almost there. But my mind is so aware of what happening, I was keep on praying, not now..

Where is God when it hurts? I got this line from Philip Yancey’s book which is mostly used by many of us. I also asked quite the same question after I see myself confused, disturbed and hopeless. God woke me up when a sister told me that it’s not God who is drifting away but me. I have been inactive in the church for two months and I got all the stupid reasons to say “No” and busy to fit my schedule for any church commitments. As If I’m really busy at all. Rev. Jeffrey Bryant said… Hello Nira ! praying for you and your depression/ homesickness. i have experienced that myself when I was young. I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for 11 months and visited in PI, Olongapo City and Manila. It's hard to have fun when you're thousands of miles from where you want to be.
Now that i'm older, I look forward to going back to PI. Things change as you get older and God's plan for you draws closer together.
