Christian social networking for Bible Study and Spiritual Growth.
Some years back, I went through some courses at my church about being a member and some possible roles I might consider as a member. A short time after that, our church started using multi-media in the church service. It seemed like a good idea to me so I asked if I could play a role. I’ve been on the multi-media team running the computer every other month for one of the worship services ever since. The thing I like about multi-media is that it provides a tool in the learning process. A person not only hears the sermon but they can see the message on the screen.
I’ve recently started a hobby of creating a multi-media Bible study guide to not only help myself but others in creating a daily reading and prayer time. It’s a guide that divides the Bible up in such a way that a person can read a passage each day. Along with the passage are questions to answer. As I go through each reading, I normally will either look for a video, a quote, or picture related to the passage. These multi-media tools are utilized to get me thinking and inspire a note to jot down. These notes of ideas, thoughts, or plans hopefully will be used to formulate a game plan for my life or they may possibly be used to help others as they set out in their journey through life.
Below is a link to a recent study of Colossians. It can be used as a daily devotional or used to supplement a Sunday school or small group lesson. If you or if you know someone that might like to join me on this journey, send a message my way.

Never going off duty day or night, He protects from the heat of everyday issues and He guards us in the darkness of a secular society that secretly tries to kill the soul. As we journey away…Continue
Over the last few weeks, I have been thinking about the character trait integrity. Like my Pastor has talked about before in his sermons, we should be honest with ourselves. Having the attitude of wanting to know where we fall short and what we need to do.
There are many examples of this character trait called integrity throughout the Bible. I thought about what happens when…Continue
