Prayer Request
Prayer for my wife's and my family
About Me
63 years old, I loved the Lord since I was 7, but did not fully understand what was required for salvation until I was 35. The Lord's hand was upon me all of that time and He never let me go. Of course that is only visible in hind sight. I am now an elder in the body of Christ, and make every effort to teach and disciple people in the Truths of the scripture. There are many false teachers, and they must be counteracted against.

I am a network marketer, and instruct people in how to be a business person. It is surprising how many people get involved in business, and haven't a clue as to how to run a business. Most believe the lies that are out there to separate them from their money (eventually)! I do my best to help people, in accordance with Philippians 2:4, and I do not discriminate, but help everyone who asks.
About my Family
My wife, and step mother to my 4 sons, is the love of my heart in this life, after the Lord, of course. She was also touched by the Lord as a child, but did not fully grasp the necessities for salvation, either, until she was older. We disciple you people in our home and reach out to those around us, preaching more by example than by word. We live to glorify the Lord.

My sons, on the other hand, are still rebellious, although two have claimed to have come to the saving grace of our Lord Jesus. Their fruit, however does not bear them out, so we continue to pray.
What has God called me to do.
I do not worry about what God has called me to do. He asks us to be willing servants, and so that is exactly what we are. Every day we see where God uses us in various ways, but mostly as a declaration of His Goodness!
My Church, Ministry, or House Church
I am an elder in Christ's church. An elder, as far as I'm concerned, and in accordance with scripture, is anyone who has maturity in the Lord and therefor is capable of teaching others. I do not buy into having to be appointed by men, as most of those whom I have encountered as appointers, are themselves not qualified to teach. They do not have an even moderate grasp of the teachings of scripture. I know there will be many who will not accept this, and I a open to debate on the topic. In point of fact I welcome debate, and am not so crass that i will not be open to correction, from the scriptures.
Music
I am a traditionalist when it comes to music. I have no voice, to speak of, and I am usually silent, but my heart sings praises to the Lord constantly. I have very little favor to the modernist style and find the "Christian rock music" offensive. Sorry for being blunt, but I don't believe in beating around the bush, and am always direct with people, especially believers. And it certainly is not with the intention of offence.

What Effect History

Today we are being herded like sheep by the ‘intellectual elite’, who are not interested in anything but power and the desire to rule over the masses. They pretend that it is for the good of the masses, but if they were to be honest, it is for power and money and for their personal benefit. But, it is unfortunate that they will, in fact, gain that power because we will let them, just as they have acquired this kind of power throughout the ages. It has never changed, and never will, until God has… Continue

Mary, Who Is She?

To truly understand Catholicism, we must understand their doctrines, as this is what forms their belief structure. Let me again say that I do not hate Catholics, nor do I want anything but Heaven for them, as I do for all of God’s creatures. To want anything less would be to hate! But until Jesus, and God are placed first and foremost in the minds of anyone, heaven will elude them. Whatever is foremost in you mind and heart, becomes, for you, God. Catholics place more devotion on Mary, the mothe… Continue

Catholicism is NOT Christianity

There is no verse in the scriptures that tells us to pray to anyone but God. Prayer, being an act of worship, belongs to God, and to Him alone. Only God is able to hear our prayers, and to believe that any other can hear our prayers, let alone supply an answer to them, is to attribute to them the power of God. Are all the saints omnipresent? Are all of the saints omniscient (all knowing)? Are all of the saints omnipresent? Is any saint all powerful as to grant the requests of the saints on earth… Continue

Catholicism Is Not Christian

There will be many who will dispute, vigorously, this message. Disputation is good, because it shows a genuine interest and concern. But to argue without an openness that you might be wrong, and without a willingness to be taught, is counterproductive and leads to anger and even hatred. I bring this article to cause you, the reader to think and to seek the truth. The Lord tells us in His Word;
John 8:32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
John 8:31-33
Catholics, and… Continue

ARE YOU TRULY SAVED?

This is a question we should always be searching our hearts about. Too often I have run into people who claim to be saved, and when we have looked at the question in depth, we have found that they were, in fact, not! What is the problem? First, let's take a look at a scripture verse as to why we should 'check the state of our hearts'?
2 Pet 1:10 Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never stumble:
And again: Mt 7:… Continue

Hi Leo

Welcome to the site, my name is Frank Tomi and I own http://biblestudyspace.com, if you need any help or Prayer Request let me know.

Just leave me a message.

What are we all about

Paul tells us in 1 Timothy 4:07, " Discipline yourself for the purpost of godliness. "

But what is a godly person ? Christ became a man, so we can see how God intended us to behave, Jesus is our example of godliness. Therefor a godly person is a Christlike person. How to become a Christlike person will demand a change in attitude and behavior. Focused spiritual disciplines, this will not be easy. By becoming more like Christ, by sharing His experiences; by living life as Jesus lived it on earth.

Allowing the Holy Spirit to shape you by the disciplines from inside out. We will become more like Him, but it will take time and actions.
When we pray, pray so that you may know Christ. When we surrender our life to God's will and not our own. Do it with the sole purpose in mind to know Christ.

Disciplining ourselves will require the same kind of focused thinking.

When we pray and encourage each other daily, we are sharing His experiences, by living life as Jesus lived it on earth .

By writing a blog posts about the faith, or the teachings of Christ. We are living life as Christ would lived it on earth.

We send out prayer request almost everyday, with a link to there site. Leave a message and prayer for them, like Jesus would do.
Add them has a friend, have fellowship with the brothers and sisters in Christ. Jesus Christ would encourage, pray and help others
grow in the faith, and everyday we are becoming more Christlike; living life as Jesus lived it on earth.

Everyone has a calling from God, my calling is to encourage others in the faith. Here is a devotional to help you in your spiritual growth.

The Holy Spirit will Guide Us

The Bible tells us, that the Holy Spirit will guide us, but the Holy Spirit will not control us. Jesus doesn't say that the Holy Spirit will force us to do anything, Jesus said guide us. Sometimes, I wish the Holy Spirit would control me. The Spirit is our guide, so we are always responsible for our words and actions. The Spirit guides believers to the truth.

The Holy Spirit helps us believers discern between what is true and what is not. In everyday living the Holy Spirit will guide you, He will give you that extra discernment of the Spirit. You will develop a sensitivity to the Spirit guidance, and you will worry less about the decisions you make in life.

When you think about it makes perfect sense, after all the Holy Spirit is in you. He has direct access to our minds, emotions, and consciences. He is prefect for communicating God's will for our life.

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."

"Poor in spirit" means to be humble. Humility is the realization that all your gifts and blessings come from the grace of God. To have poverty of spirit means to be completely empty and open to the Word of God. We are humble. Humility brings an openness and an inner peace, allowing one to do the will of God. It is pride, the opposite of humility, that brings misery. For pride brings anger and the seeking of revenge, especially when one is offended. If every man were humble and poor in spirit, there would be no war!

"Blessed are they who mourn, for they shall be comforted."
If we are humble and appreciate that all of our gifts and blessings come from God, we grow in love and gratitude for Jesus Christ our Savior. But this can only produce mourning and regret over our own sins and the sins of this world, for we have hurt the one who has been so good to us.

"Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied."

The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit and their necessity in fulfilling the Beatitudes. For example, one must have the gift of fortitude so one may be courageous in seeking justice.

"Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth."

A humble person becomes meek, or becomes gentle and kind, even in the face of adversity and hardship. The will of God are certainly not in vogue these days, but they will bring one peace in this world and in the next.

"Blessed are the pure of heart, for they shall see God."

Jesus says the pure of heart shall see God! To be pure of heart means to be free of all selfish intentions and self-seeking desires. What a beautiful goal! How many times have any of us performed an act perfectly free of any personal gain? Such an act is pure love. An act of pure and selfless giving brings happiness to all.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.

" Peacemakers not only live peaceful lives but also try to bring peace and friendship to others. The Lord wants you first to be yourself filled with the blessings of peace and then to communicate it to those who have need of it. By imitating God's love of man, the peacemakers become children of God.

"Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."

Jesus said many times that those who follow Him will be persecuted. "If they persecute me, they will persecute you" (John 15:20-21). Stephen, Peter and Paul, nearly all of the Apostles, and many Christians in the Roman era suffered martyrdom. But the Lord promised those that suffer for his sake will be rewarded with the Kingdom of Heaven!
