Also known as the "Authorized Version," The King James Version of the Bible is still the most widely used text in the English language. The Logos KJV includes the Strong's Numbers which allow English readers to identify and search for underlying Greek and Hebrew words in the original text.

Comment by Rev. Dr. Jeffry Camm on November 9, 2012 at 1:59am Just to comment on one scripture to show that unfortunately the English translation of te KJV is not always correct.
Matthew 19:24
Jesus told His disciples it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of e needle that for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Western theologians then go on the explain that the "eye" being referred to by Jesus, was in fact the small opening in the wall of the city, which was easily guarded and preveneted enemy surprise attacks.
But in reality, a camel can go through this "eye". The process was as follows:
A man brings his "loaded" camel up to the outside of the wall, where he unloads the goods, removes the harness and structure from the back of the camel amd then proceeds to lead the camel on its knees through the eye into the city.
The man then proceeds to present his goods to the tax collector who is seated at the entrance to the "eye", pay his taxes and then reload the camel on the inside of the city wall.
If Jesus was in fact referring to a camel, HE would have said a "loaded camel", but the scripture does not have any Hebrew, Aramaic, or Greek word to indicate the camel was loaded.
The translators mistook the word "gamla" to mean camel, when it means rope.
If you replace "camel" with "rope" the scripture is a true translation of the original text.
For those interested, there are 5 pages of these mistranslations well documented.
