Have you ever given this much thought? Jesus said in My Father's house there are many rooms and I go to prepare a place for you and when I come come back I will take you there.
This earth is under the curse of sin and when Jesus comes back we are told in scripture that the place we go to will be much greater and more glorious than we could ever imagine this earth to be.
If it is so great, we need to know more about it, so that we can adequateley explain it to the unbeliever, so they can have a desire to go there also.
When was the last time your pastor preached you a sermon out of the Book of Revelation?
Why is so little known and preached about the place where we will go to live and work with Jesus for eternity?

This topic needs to be taught right across the nations., as I believe that God is starting to stir up the waters.
By the way, recent reports from Israel state that scientistsa have recently discovered that there are life cforms now living in the Dead Sea.
This indicates (I believe) that Jesus is getting ready to resurrect the earth and manifest the removed curse of sin from the earth, which actually took place when His blood ran down to posts of the cross into the soil at Calvary.

Brenda Washington on You are right, I love the Book of Revelation, this was one book that I sat my children down and read to them, I wanted them to know God will for His people, and it's not to be contented in this world or in this body. We are to accept what we need to and do what we need to while we are in this world but to remember this is just a temporary home for these earthly bodies. But, our real home is with God where we will lose these earthly bodies and put on a heavenly body, that will fill no pain, hurt or tears, that we will be in our real home as was Adam in the beginning. The more we read this book and ask God for understanding, the more we will receive a fresh awareness of His will for us here and the desire to be with Him in our new home. I preached this exact title a while back and God has shown me so much more since, the best understanding is from God. Be blessed
