If you and I seek to be more like Him, and less worldly responsive, then we will truly represent Christ. People will see us as balanced spirit-filled individuals. As ambassadors of Christ. I have learned that if I ask the Lord to handle the situation, it works for the better. I also ask the Lord should I speak, or should I keep silent. The more we talk, the more road blocks to His revelation of glory, compassion, and loving kindness is seen by the secular world.
We are warriors for Jesus, we are not to respond in words that are surrounded by "bitterness, hatred, and stirring the wrong response. I understand that we will not agree with everyone. We must also realize that there are those who will reject our words. This does not give us license to be spiritual spit-fires.
